OVERVIEW

Made-to-Order Production: Each item is custom-made for the customer and ready to ship in 4 weeks.

Shipping Method: Furniture is delivered curbside to the street address. We advise having assistance available for unloading. It's recommended not to remove protective wrapping until the item is in place to prevent damage.

Tracking: Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Items ship within 1–3 business days after the listed leadtime.

TRACKING

Once your items are dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OVERVIEW

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, we're here to help. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return to a customer service or sales representative. Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review your item(s) upon delivery and retain packaging if you are considering a return. All returns must be received in original condition.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged for your exchange.

TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Email us at hello@discover-dreamhouse.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange.” Include your order reference number in the email.

2. Package your objects safely, preferably in our original packaging. If our original packaging is no longer available, please feel free to use any suitable alternative packaging for safe shipping.

3. We will send you a prepaid return label. Simply affix this over the original shipping label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the original amount.

4. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

CLAIMS

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to reach out so we can address your concerns. Please always keep the original packaging until the claim is processed.

1. Email us at hello@discover-dreamhouse.com with the subject “Claim". Please include your order reference number in the email. If your product arrives damaged, please include images of the product and the box it arrived in.

2. Package your objects safely, preferably in our original packaging. If our original packaging is no longer available, please feel free to use any suitable alternative packaging for safe shipping

3. We will send you a prepaid return label. Simply affix this over the original shipping label.

4. Drop off your package at the nearest delivery point.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can accept a cancellation of your order for items that have not yet shipped or are on backorder. In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped.
Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchased items are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your order is placed with a purchase order, the shipping terms of FOB shipping dock will supersede any shipping terms in your purchase order.
