SHIPPING: Furniture is delivered curbside to the street address. We advise having assistance available for unloading. It's recommended not to remove protective wrapping until the item is in place to prevent damage.

DELIVERY PARTNERS: All shipments within the US are dispatched through FedEx or UPS.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. If you need to make a return, we're here to help. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return to a customer service or sales representative. Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please review your item(s) upon delivery and retain packaging if you are considering a return. All returns must be received in original condition.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged for your exchange.
